What we collect

If you apply to the waitlist we store your name, email, store URL and the details you send. If a merchant installs the Shopify app we store the shop domain, encrypted access tokens, campaign settings, and order data needed to issue draw tickets: email, name when provided, order id, and line items.

Why

We use this data to run prize draws, publish official rules, contact winners, meet GDPR and Shopify privacy webhooks, and bill through Shopify. We do not sell personal data.

Shopify

Orders arrive through Shopify webhooks. Shopify is the source of the shopper data. We process it to issue tickets and to fulfil a prize. Protected customer data is used only for entry and winner contact.

How long

Ticket records stay for the life of the draw, because a completed draw is a public record. After a shopper deletion request we keep the ticket numbers and remove identity fields. Shop credentials are cleared after uninstall and shop/redact.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy or deletion of personal data we hold. Shoppers should also use Shopify's own tools. Email the address printed in the official rules.
