SweepsyCookies
Last updated 30 October 2026
This page lists every cookie and similar storage that L.T.B. capital ltd uses on trysweepsy.com and in the Sweepsy app, and what you can do about them.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar storage, such as local storage, keeps a value in your browser without sending it to the server. This page covers both.
Essential cookies
These are needed for the service to work. They do not need consent, and the site does not work without them.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
sweepy_session | Keeps a brand or admin signed in to the dashboard | 14 days for a brand account, 8 hours for an admin account |
sweepy_mfa_pending | Holds a sign-in while the second factor is entered | 10 minutes |
| Sign-in state and return path cookies | Protect the sign-in and the connection to Shopify, Google, Klaviyo or Mailchimp against forged requests | Deleted when the sign-in completes, at most 30 minutes |
| Cookie choice (local storage) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies | Until you change your choice or clear your browser storage |
Inside the Shopify admin, the Sweepsy app uses Shopify session tokens, not our cookies. On a brand's storefront, the Sweepsy widget sets no cookie.
Analytics cookies, only if you accept
On our public website pages we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages and links lead brands to send a campaign request. It runs only after you select Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, we load nothing from Google.
When you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>. They hold a random identifier and last up to 13 months. We do not send your name, email or form answers to Google, and we turn off Google signals and advertising features. Google processes this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Google Analytics does not run in the merchant dashboard, the Shopify app, official rules, winner pages or the pages where shoppers enter or check a draw.
No advertising cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not share data with advertising networks. If that changes, this page will list them and consent will gate them.
Your choices
You can change your analytics choice at any time with the button above or in the cookie banner. Declining deletes the Google Analytics cookies we set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block the essential cookies, you cannot sign in.
See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data, or email help@trysweepsy.com.
