Official Rules: "BFCM26"
In force from 20 November 2026 · version 1
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is open only to residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher: 19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry.
1. Sponsor
This promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by L.T.B. ltd, company number HE 489022, 28ης Οκτωβρίου 261, View Point Tower, Floor 8, 3035 Limassol, Cyprus (the "Sponsor"). Questions: help@trysweepsy.com.
The Sweepstakes is offered in conjunction with participating businesses. The current list of participating businesses is published at https://rules.trysweepsy.com/sweepsy/c/bfcm26/stores. That list is the participating businesses for this promotion. A participating business does not sponsor, fund, administer or award the prize, and is not responsible for the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor funds and awards the prize and is solely responsible for the Sweepstakes, including prize fulfillment and all winner verification.
It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Shopify Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., Google LLC or any other retailer, marketplace or social network.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher: 19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) when they enter.
- Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, of each participating business, and of their parents, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children, wherever they live) and household members of each of them, are not eligible.
- Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Quebec, and any other jurisdiction where prohibited.
- Entering constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters.
3. Entry period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on November 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). All times in these Official Rules are Eastern Time ("ET"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are void. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to enter
Method 1: with a qualifying purchase
A qualifying purchase during the Entry Period earns one entry.
Entries are counted on the order's net value: the price of the products after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping and gift cards. An order earns entries only when it is paid. If an order is cancelled, or refunded in full or in part, before the drawing, the entries it earned are reduced or removed.
Method 2: free entry, no purchase necessary
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, daytime phone number and date of birth on a plain 4" x 6" postcard, or on a 3" x 5" card in a hand-addressed envelope, and mail it with sufficient postage to Sweepsy, 4023 Kennett Pike #50368, Wilmington, DE 19807, United States, marked "BFCM26 SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY". Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2026. An entry that arrives after that time is void, whatever its postmark, so allow enough time for delivery. Mechanical reproductions and entries completed by anyone other than the entrant are void. Mail-in entries are not acknowledged or returned.
Each valid free entry earns 10 entries, the same number available through the highest single qualifying purchase, so that no method of entry carries better odds.
Equal odds. All entries, however submitted, are pooled together and have an equal chance of being selected. Purchasing does not improve your chances of winning.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, and entries submitted through a third-party service, are void. One person may win no more than one prize.
Entries are recorded against the email address given with the order or the mail-in entry. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the entry belongs to the authorized account holder of that email address: the natural person to whom the email provider assigned it. A potential winner may be asked to prove that they are that person. Using more than one email address or identity to obtain more entries than these Official Rules allow may void all of that person's entries.
5. Odds of winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 1 prize will be awarded.
6. Prizes
- $100,000 cash: 1 available, approximate retail value ("ARV") $100,000.00 each.
Total ARV of all prizes: $100,000.00. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty, are not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. All costs not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility.
7. Winner selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 18, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
Drawing procedure:
- The Sponsor reviews all entries and removes any that fail clauses 2 or 4.
- A single pool is prepared containing every remaining eligible entry. Each entry receives its own sequential number, so an entrant holds as many numbers as entries earned. All entries share one pool regardless of how they were submitted.
- The pool is frozen before the drawing and its SHA-256 checksum is recorded.
- Winning numbers are produced by a computer random number generator. The Sponsor publishes the hash of the random seed before the Entry Period closes and the seed itself after the drawing, so that any entrant can replay the drawing and verify the result independently at https://rules.trysweepsy.com/sweepsy.
- The drawing runs in a single round.
- If a drawn number belongs to an entrant already selected, that number is discarded and the drawing repeats until the required number of distinct winners is reached. Alternate winners are ranked in the order drawn.
8. Winner notification and claim
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address supplied with the entry, within 5 business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt.
Before a prize is awarded, a potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release, together with a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to respond in time, an undeliverable notification, a refusal to sign the required documents, or any discovered ineligibility results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected in the order drawn.
A winners list is available on written request to the Sponsor at Sweepsy, 4023 Kennett Pike #50368, Wilmington, DE 19807, United States or help@trysweepsy.com, received within 90 days after the drawing.
9. Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor reports the value of a prize to the IRS where current federal reporting thresholds require it, on the applicable IRS information return. Before a prize is awarded, a potential winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number. Winners should consult a tax advisor.
10. General conditions
- The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
- If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control), the Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend it, and in that event will award the prizes from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due entries, or for any failure of any transmission, network or equipment.
- Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine its legitimate operation may violate criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Limitation of liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, agencies, each participating business, Meta Platforms, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
12. Disputes and governing law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that all disputes arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of the Republic of Cyprus. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering; attorneys' fees are not recoverable.
13. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is used by the Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes, contact winners and meet its tax reporting duties. It is not sold. Marketing email is sent only where the entrant has separately opted in, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Entry data is retained for as long as required to run the Sweepstakes, award the prizes and satisfy record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized. The Sponsor's Privacy Notice is at https://trysweepsy.com/privacy. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact help@trysweepsy.com.
14. These rules
These Official Rules are published at https://rules.trysweepsy.com/sweepsy. The version in force is the one published there when an entry is submitted. Each version is dated and retained.
